ICBEOS 2027 timeline: Abstract submission opens 1 Sep 2026 and closes 25 Sep 2026. Abstract acceptance notifications will be issued on 5 Oct 2026. Full papers are due 15 Nov 2026, with peer-review feedback communicated by 15 Dec 2026. Early-bird registration opens 31 Dec 2026, and late registration begins 1 Feb 2027. Submission

Abstracts

Participants will select one of the six conference themes and submit an abstract through the approved portal between 1 September and 25 September 2026. Abstract acceptance notifications will be issued on 5 October 2026. Accepted contributors will submit the full paper by 15 November 2026, and peer-review feedback will be communicated by 15 December 2026.
